Our Managed Device plan includes Anti-Virus as standard, alongside remote software to allow our technicians to connect into your machine at any time you experience an issue with your services. A simple phone call to us or e-mail will let us know that you’re experiencing a problem, we can then immediately connect and review this for you.

Any Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS or Linux device can be monitored by our in-house software. Backups only apply to Windows and MacOS devices.

What date will my payment come out on?

Payments come out for Direct Debit on the 1st of every month.
